Why Sooke real estate?

You may be wondering why Sooke real estate has become so popular; well there are lots of reasons.  It’s a great family area, an ideal place for a picnic at a favourite spot; East Sooke Park, FrenchBeach or the Potholes.  There are some wonderful hiking opportunities, including the “The Goose” or Galloping Goose Trail as it is officially known. Take a walk on the sand and pebble beaches with your 4 legged friend. Enjoy a walk on Whiffin Spit at any time of year.

For people lucky enough to own Sooke real estate, there are numerous outdoor activities right on your doorstep including mountain biking, golfing, sailing, kayaking and surfing to name but a few. For fishing fanatics there are many salmon bearing streams to delight both locals and tourists…..not forgetting the Halibut too!
